Freedom Equine
Freedom Equine Is a farm, therapy place and you can connect with animals we visited the centre for 5 weeks. We fed the chickens, met the horses, rode the horses, fed the goats and looked at kittens. My favourite part is riding the horses around the centre.
PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT - Week 1
This term we are looking at protecting the environment. This week we have been looking at climate change. One of the consequences for animals, I chose polar bears because they are in danger because the weather is changing and the Earth’s temperature has gone up by 5 degrees in the last 5 years. Their homes are also at risk because there is rain that is flooding the snow they live on, or there is a drought were there isn’t enough water to keep the snow frozen for them!
We are going to be looking at different ways of protecting the environment over this half term.
